Alexa Sherr Hartley

A former litigator and trained organizational coach, Alexa brings a unique combination of energy, empathy and business insight to the art of developing leaders.

Her passion is helping people sharpen the skills they need to lead fast-moving organizations. She loves working with outside-the-box thinkers and disruptors looking to achieve greatness.

Based on her own entrepreneurial experience, Alexa has a unique understanding of the courage, risks, and rewards founders face when starting a company. Working across industries (including law, real estate, technology, and nonprofits), she has honed a powerful set of techniques to invigorate leaders and infuse a sense of purpose within their work.

Prior to her shift to executive coaching in 2011, Alexa was a litigator in both the Manhattan and Palm Beach offices of the large Greenberg Traurig legal practice, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and product liability.

Alexa holds her JD with honors from the University of Florida, Levin School of Law, and her BA in Religious Studies from Connecticut College. In 2011 she completed her Graduate Certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Columbia University and is certified in the Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI™) and DISC behavior assessment tools. Alexa is an adjunct professor at the Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business, has provided expertise to advisory boards and is active in several professional associations.
